Majestic Resorts is a hotel brand with exceptional all-inclusive service. We are looking for a Digital Designer, will help to drive the growth of the digital marketing efforts of Majestic Resorts through design that is engaging and aligned with the brand. A keen eye for detail and the ability to take a project from concept to completion, paired with a luxury design aesthetic, are vital for success in this role.

 

Working primarily on digital design projects but also print collateral, the Digital Designer will organize, collaborate cross-department, and deliver design requests to the teams in both Costa Mujeres, Mexico, and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The motivation to grow and mentor other designers is also key.  This position is remote, located in the United States.

 

 Responsibilities

 

  • Design and maintain branded email templates in Parcel.io, editing established email code and ensuring that monthly updates are made that reflect current promotions and product positioning for B2B audiences or our partners' customer databases.
    • Export various versions in packaged HTML ZIP files and provide to the Marketing Account Manager to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing automation team to support campaign execution and improve user engagement.

  • Create on-brand, high-converting digital banners for B2B campaigns, promotions, newsletters, and portals.
  • Adapt creative assets for multiple formats and placements with our partners across advertorials, email, newsletters, social media, and websites, occasionally supporting print ad placements.

  • Design assets for social media posts targeting travel agents and industry partners, maintaining a consistent look and feel that supports the brand.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to deliver timely, relevant graphics for ongoing campaigns and key initiatives.

  • Deliver design support for presentations and webinars in Canva and PowerPoint, creating visually compelling, brand-aligned materials that clearly communicate key messages for sales tips.

  • Be a key part of the creation of Majestic Resorts’ first B2B portal, including sitemap development, user flows, and wireframes — to build a clear, user-friendly foundation.
  • Create detailed mockups and visual designs that bring the UX strategy to life, delivering intuitive, brand-aligned interfaces for a seamless and professional travel partner experience.
  • Establish a digital style guide specific to travel partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all digital and print touchpoints.
  • Design print and digital collateral, including brochures, flyers, and sales tools, with a consistent brand look.
  • Support the visual brand identity for the corporate brand, individual resort brands, restaurants, bars, and programs.
    • Assist in refining brand guidelines for digital use in collaboration with the Marketing Account Manager.
    • Transform concepts into intuitive user interfaces across digital platforms, including finding opportunities to utilize digital media in events and tradeshows.

  • Learn the product and proofread marketing materials before sending the final files.

  • Collaborate with external and internal teams to understand business needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
  • Liaise with partners to manage and publish digital assets.
  • Work hand-in-hand with B2C designers to align on efforts, while bringing specialized insight into engaging B2B audiences.
  • Maintain spec-driven file organization by adapting and managing deliverables across multiple partners, ensuring all assets meet the unique technical specifications for each partner and are available for reference internally.

Requirements

Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

 

Experience:

 

  • 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.

 

Language(s):

 

  • English: Fluent
  • Spanish: Limited working proficiency (preferred but not required)

 

Required skills:

 

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Mailchimp, Parcel.io (or similar email design platform)
  • Figma
  • HTML5 and CSS (basic proficiency for emails and landing pages)
  • CMS platforms (e.g., Magnolia, WordPress)
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing design practices
  • Social media content design
  • UX/UI design for web portals and email templates
  • Grid-based and responsive design systems
  • Self-organized and own projects and tasks through to completion and delivery
  • Strong visual storytelling and typography skills

 

Bonus skills:

 

  • Designing for print and tradeshow booths
  • Photo editing
  • Basic understanding of Java, JavaScript, or SQL
  • Working knowledge of After Effects or Final Cut
